What do I provide:

So, why should you use my services instead of taking the photos yourself?

  1. Photographs are a crucial part of your online listing. Taking photos with your cell phone makes you look like you’re only putting in minimal marketing effort. You won’t be able to control difficult lighting situations with a cell phone camera. Rooms with strong direct light or rooms with low light will be a challenge.
  2. Poor photographs can not only hurt a listing because the buyer will simply pass it by, but they also serve as a first impression on the brokerage, and more importantly, your brand as an agent.
  3. According to a survey by the National Association of Realtors, home buyers and sellers rated photographs as the most useful tool in their search. If those properties are highlighted with attractive, well-lit photo’s and yours aren't, you’re going to have more trouble getting potential buyers in the door.  Don’t fall prey to the adage of ”Good Enough” in regards to real estate photography. You may consider it an unnecessary expense, because to this point, you have been able to sell listings without the added expense. But what about your client, the homeowner, who trusts you to list their home in the best light possible. Do your photos do that, or are they “Good Enough”. Get more listings as you show potential sellers that you are committed to helping them sell their home. Professional photography will not by itself sell a home. The home still needs to be priced correctly for the market it is in. If it is, then what is going to separate your listings from all the others in the same price range.

  1. A Wall Street Journal Report states that listings with nicer photos gain anywhere between $934 & $116,076. The report shows that you are likely to receive thousands more if you list your home using DSLR photography than if you used a simple point-n-shoot (or camera phone for that matter) to take the photos yourself.

Bottom line, you the realtor, must see the value in the service that I offer, and understand how it can help you not only sell your listings faster, but get more listings as you are offering the seller something other realtors are not.

Remember, you are NOT selling houses, you are trying to gain market share, and more lucrative listings (you are aren't you?)..So if you are doing the same thing all the other realtors doing, why should the homeowner choose you..?
